How do I cancel my membership?
We value commitment, but we understand life happens. To cancel, you must submit a written request via our member portal or in person at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. No hidden fees, just pure transparency.
What are the gym hours?
Elite performance never sleeps. Our main facilities are open 24/7 for all members. Staffed hours for consultation and guest services are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. We offer one-on-one coaching with certified elite professionals. Every new member receives a complimentary "Discovery Session" where we map out your performance goals and assign a coach that fits your discipline.
Can I bring a guest?
Elite members are entitled to two guest passes per month. Guests must be registered via the app prior to arrival and must sign a performance waiver at the front desk.
What equipment is available?
Our arsenal includes top-tier competition power racks, dedicated olympic lifting platforms, specialized cardio engines (Assault Bikes, Concept2 Rowers), and a full suite of recovery tools.
