What we collect
We collect information to help personalize your meditation experience. This includes your name, email, and the mindfulness goals you set. We also track which programs you enjoy most so we can suggest similar paths for your growth.

"Digital breadcrumbs" used solely to remember your preferences and keep your session secure as you move between our web and mobile experiences.
Meditation & Mood Privacy
Any notes you take during "Reflection Moments" or mood check-ins are yours. While our algorithms use anonymized trends to improve our guided content, your specific entries are shielded by end-to-end encryption. Our staff cannot read your personal journals or emotional logs.
Third-Party Partners
We partner with a small number of trusted services for essential tasks: processing payments (Stripe), sending our weekly newsletter (Mailchimp), and hosting our secure servers (AWS). Each partner is vetted for their own rigorous privacy standards.
Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Whether you are in California or the European Union, we respect your right to:

Retention & Safety
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you choose to leave SERENLY, we delete your personal data within 30 days. For our younger practitioners, SERENLY is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Marketing Communications
We only send the "Monday Mindfulness" newsletter if you've explicitly opted in. You can click 'Unsubscribe' at any time at the bottom of our emails, and we will immediately remove you from our marketing lists.
